Our 'Technology Donation Report' (or TDR) provides complete detail as to asset serial numbers, asset tagging, equipment type, manufacture, data storage devices (including serialization and verified erasure) and more.

This report also provides complete cost benefit analysis where you can see exactly how much of your material was intercepted from the waste stream for reuse, how much reuse reduced your recycling costs, and where your involvement in the program ranks among national and regional organizations of similar type.

These reports are generated on a 'per collection' basis - in other words every time our team visits a client site to collect surplus technology and electronics. Electronic copies of these reports are available (excel format) which your asset management team can use for efficient withdrawal of assets from inventory.
