Made several website menu changes and content modifications

PCs for MAINE training & tech support FAQ & Links areas have had their embedded video content removed and are now external links.  This will overcome intermittent flash player issues where video controls are often not available to viewer when video is embedded.

Discussion with Tom Gillen about launching our own "TutVid" tutorial video creation project specifically geared to PCs for MAINE participants began yesterday!  We are outlining thematics, content rules (clean simple & short) among other standards that will allow efficient development and great results for participants.
