Computer Technician/Systems Imaging Specialist
Busy coastal Maine non profit technology group seeks person with experience in personal computer technology repair and consulting for full time employment. Candidates indicating detailed and efficient work habits and good communications skills are preferred.
Primary Duties: System building and reconditioning as well as software and hardware repair on laptop or desktop computers.
Secondary Duties: Working as part of a team of seasoned professionals to develop service quality and volume through increased efficiency and evolving workflow management. Frequent direct consulting with clientelle is also necessary.
New recruits enter under a 60 day probationary period that can be limited to a 30 hour work week while recruit skills are quantified, learning curve adjustments are made and additional training is provided. Upon the conclusion of this probationary period, successful recruits are given a performance review, schedule is adjusted to full time and pay is adjusted to the employees abilities.
