Free Internet Filtering software for PCs for MAINE participants!

Attention All PCs for MAINE participants - past or current!

We are pleased to announce the availability of 10 Internet Filtering software licences to you.  The software name is Cyber Sitter - a very highly acclaimed filtering software that can protect your family from objectionable Internet content and is especially known for being easy to use.  The value of each of these licenses is $39.95, but through this special arrangement we would like to help you protect your online kids for free.

All you need to do is contact our helpdesk (go to the Tech Support "remote support" link on left) during operating hours and call or skype them.  They will provide instructions on how to do the rest!  They can even walk you through the programs' options live through the remote support portal.

A family very close to my own asked me to help them keep kids safe on their computers at home - and we installed CyberSitter on their machines over 2 years ago.  I am not aware of any issues since we did this and I feel better knowing that the kids can explore the web safely.
