Community Computer Centers (C3's) are community centers built around technology. These centers provide the community with public Internet resources, educational programs and computer repair services. Much more than conventional Internet Cafe's, The Community Computer Center of Searsport is host to five different non-profit technology programs. The Learning Lab, PC Medix, Gamescape, Searsport Business Services, and PC's for MAINE project are all social programs that operate within the center. Volunteers who want to learn more about technology provide most of our program labor for these programs.

The Information Technology Exchange is interested in partnering with other Maine communities to replicate "Community Computer Centers" in their areas. If you can help please contact Chris Martin via email.
